Stacking Lumber is brought in from neighboring sawmills, graded, checked for quality, stacked and put in the yard to dry.
Drying Lumber is air-dried for 90 to 100 days, then dried in state-of-the-art computer controlled kilns.
Cutting Boards are then precisely planed, sized and de-knotted.
Mill Into Floring A Weinig Molder shapes the tongue and groove edges. Next, the ends are machine matched.
Grading Each board is hand-sorted into grades and inspected by quality control.
Bundled Flooring is packed in nested bundles and stacked, ready for shipping.
Installation Our attention to detail and quality control program allow for less sanding and easy installation.
